Return & Exchange Policy

Exchange Policy

Products can be exchanged within 10 days of delivery if:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • The product was damaged when received.
  • There is a size issue, subject to availability.

Note: For exchanges, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipment charges.

Return Policy

Products can be returned within 10 days of delivery if they meet our return conditions.

Note: For approved returns, no shipment charges will be applied to the customer.

Conditions

  • The product must be unused and unworn.
  • Tags should remain attached.
  • Original packaging is required.
  • The item must be in the same condition as received.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used products
  • Washed items
  • Damaged items after use
  • Items purchased on sale will not be refunded.
