  • Major cities: 2–5 working days
  • Remote areas: 4–7 working days

Yes. Products can be exchanged within 7 days if:

  • You received the wrong item
  • The item is damaged
  • There is a size issue (subject to availability)
  • Used items
  • Washed products
  • Damaged items after use
  • Sale items

Free shipping may be available during promotions or on selected minimum order values.

Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
